Why A Marketing Plan?
If you’re like most Americans, your home is your single most valuable asset. Putting your home on the market is a terrific opportunity to convert your hard work and patience into cash – but it can also be a trying experience. A good real estate marketing plan can help you navigate the tough markets, and profit handsomely in the good ones.
I have a straightforward plan for marketing homes. My plan is simple because simplicity works. When I list a home for a client, my goals are simple:
- Sell the home quickly, and
- Get the best possible price.
As my past sellers will attest, the plan works. I call it the “eight steps to success.” In order, the steps are:
- Understand Buyer Psychology.
- Understand What You’re Offering.
- The Internet.
- On-Premise Marketing.
- Advertising.
- Brokers.
- Postcards, CDs, DVDs, TV.
- Feedback.
I have put together my plan to help you understand how I approach my business, and how I can help you. If you have any questions about my approach, please contact me. It’s important to me that my clients feel comfortable with what I’m doing on their behalf.
FIRST: Understand buyer psychology.
